The HR Assistant – Employee Engagement will focus on supporting initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen employee connections, and enhance overall engagement across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, events, and activities
Support internal communication efforts to promote HR initiatives and company culture
Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain accurate records of engagement activities and participation
Collaborate with HR colleagues to support onboarding, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
Provide administrative support for surveys, reports, and presentations related to engagement
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives by organizing speakers and awareness workshops
