Job Description
•Maintain an organized tracking system to document candidate information, recruitment progress and hiring decisions.
•Prepare the employment offers, employment contracts, and new hire orientation materials
•Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including completion of required paperwork and orientation sessions
•Responsible in issuing new uniforms to all new staff and at the same time, ensure that existing staff have a decent uniform and release uniform if necessary and replace it with new sets on the given end of life of the uniform
•Ensure that we have adequate stocks of uniforms and ensure that purchase of new uniforms will be on a timely manner
•Maintain a systematic filing of all 201 files of staff, both hard copy and soft copy, and ensure that the roster of existing staff is updated
•Assist in collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
