Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative support is advantageous.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
