Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records including leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation sessions for new hires, document collection, system access setup/removal, and coordination to ensure a smooth transition.
Support training coordination, monitor attendance, and assist in HRDF claims submissions.
Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and supporting disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of HR-related requests and information flow.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
At least 1 year of relevant HR working experience is required.
