White Eagle Engineering is looking for a responsible and disciplined HR Assistant to provide clerical and on-site HR support for labor workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain attendance records and basic HR documentation
• Support day-to-day clerical HR activities
• Coordinate with labor staff and supervisors
• Assist in maintaining workplace discipline and decorum
• Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination
• Maintain files, records, and registers as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in clerical or HR support (factory/plant experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
