Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Payroll Processing.
• Handle Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO administration.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and tax regulations.
• Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

What We Are Looking For:

• Graduate of HR Management, Psychology, Business, or Finance.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Comp & Ben or Payroll (Fresh grads with strong internship experience in payroll are welcome).
• Excel Savvy: You should be comfortable with formulas and data management.
