Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and maintain employee records.
- Process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and manage leave records.
- Support the planning of company events, training, and engagement activities.
- Serve as a helpful first point of contact for employee queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high discretion and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
