Job Description

                    Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to: 
Job advertisement placement 
Application screening 
Interview scheduling – initial to final interview 
Initial assessment (written examination), interview, and recommendation 
Job offer for successful candidate 
Pre-employment requirement completion follow-through 
On-boarding and deployment. 
Performance evaluation until final employment (regularization) recommendation. 
Ensure that the approved manpower plan and relevant qualifications and competencies are delivered to support Plant objectives and needs. 
Champion Amherst Laboratories' (ALI) Talent Acquisition and On-boarding Program 
Subject matter expert in on-boarding module such as employment contract, probationary employment contract, ALI Code of Conduct, and statutory benefits.
