HR Assistant

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any behavioral sciences courses preferably BS Psychology.
• With atleast 2 years related background
• Experienced in different means of hiring: Job portals, Job boards, referral/s.
• Experience in the same industry (EMS, Mfg, Semicon) is an advantage.
• Preferably with background in Handling Operators, Rank and file, Engineers, Supervisory level / Requirement.
• Project Based for 5 months.

Specific knowledge/skills:

• Knowledge in Records and file management
• Knowledge in Pre-employment Testing and evaluation
• Basic knowledge in HR Management and Industrial Psychology
• Basic Interview skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Computer literate; Familiar with HRIS - SAP
