Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, applicant screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR files
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and contracts
- Help monitor attendance, timekeeping, and payroll requirements
- Coordinate employee concerns and provide basic HR support
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology / HRDM / or any related course
- Open to fresh graduates, experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to handle confidential matters professionally
