Job Description

We are looking for a motivated
HR Assistant
to join our Malaysia team. In this role, you will support core HR functions and help ensure smooth operations across payroll, compliance, and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations.
  2. Manage statutory contributions and company compliance obligations on a monthly basis.
  3. Assist in local recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  4. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and related HR administration.
  5. Support visa and work permit applications for employees as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in payroll, HR administration, or recruitment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, EPF/SOCSO contributions, and visa procedures is a plus.
