Job Description
We are looking for a motivated
HR Assistant
to join our Malaysia team. In this role, you will support core HR functions and help ensure smooth operations across payroll, compliance, and employee administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations.
- Manage statutory contributions and company compliance obligations on a monthly basis.
- Assist in local recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and related HR administration.
- Support visa and work permit applications for employees as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in payroll, HR administration, or recruitment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, EPF/SOCSO contributions, and visa procedures is a plus.
