HR Assistant Manager

The HR Assistant Manager will handle different facets such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.

Job requirements:

• graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
• at least 5 years experience in HR
• supervisory or managerial experience
• must have experience in recruitment, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation
• preferably with experience in data analytics and using PowerBI
• willing to work in Gem Village, Maa, Davao City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Power BI: 1 year (Preferred)
• Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
• workforce planning: 2 years (Preferred)
• compensation & benefits: 2 years (Preferred)
