HR ASSISTANT MANAGER
Duties And Responsibilities
Manage all human resources department from employee relations to payroll to compliance issues;
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Coordinating all administrative activities related to company's personnel;
Implementing systems for managing staff's compensation, benefits and payroll;
Handle the recruitment team and do recruitment, end to end
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives.
