HR Assistant

About the role

We are seeking HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.'. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in supporting our client, 'Lucerne Philippines' HR operations and contributing to the overall success of it's organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
2. Support payroll, timekeeping, and HR documentation
3. Handle employee inquiries and administrative tasks
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies

What we're looking for

1. Graduate of Psychology, HR, or related course
2. With HR or admin experience is an advantage
3. Organized and detail-oriented
4. Good communication skills
5. Proficient in tools (Excel and others is an advantage)
