Job Description
Accurately process employee timekeeping and payroll for both weekly and monthly paid staff.
Ensure the accurate processing of government benefits remittances.
Coordinate with government agencies regarding mandatory employee benefits.
Maintain and update the master list of all employees.
Process final pay for separating employees.
Enroll regular employees in the company's HMO plan.
Assist employees with inquiries or concerns related to their benefits.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Graduate of B.S Psychology or any related course
At least 1 year of work experience in compensation and benefits
Proficient in MS Office
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective administration and people management skills
