Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Mainly assist colleagues with various tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital/physical), manage documents, and keep office areas tidy.
  • Perform data entry, word processing, photocopying, and assist with report/presentation preparation.
  • Handle general office duties, including filing, documentation, managing supplies, coordinating logistics (travel, vehicles), and maintaining records.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, manage permits, and handle tasks related to office upkeep and external requirements.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.
