A. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day people operations support across the entire employee lifecycle, including ensuring compliance with service level agreements and providing administrative support where needed
Ensures employee records are maintained and reports are generated when necessary
Serves as the first point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and concerns about people operations services, ensuring they receive the highest level of service
Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate and ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes
· Handles Job postings, sourcing, screening and interviews
· Participates in recruitment activities
· Facilitate orientation
· Collect, maintain and update records (201 files)
· Ensure background and reference checks are completed
· Prepares employment contracts and IDs
