HR Assistant

The HR Associate will play a key role in fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture. This individual will support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recruitment and coordinate training programs together with the HR Officer, and contribute to employee growth and development.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews; analyze data to recommend actionable insights.
• Collaborate with various departments to communicate engagement activities and encourage participation.
• Develop creative content for engagement campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, and digital communication.
