HR Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic e-commerce company. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the overall HR operations and contribute to creating a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process
• Source applicants, perform job interviews, background checking, employee onboarding, and orientation
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee 201 file in electronic and digital format.
• Assist in matters concerning employee compensation and benefits
• Assist in implementation of company initiatives, policies, and systems
• Assist in and monitor employee performance evaluation
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
