Minimum Requirements:

• College Graduate; preferably BSBA HRDM, BS Psychology, or other related courses
• Proven 1 year of work-related experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Reliable and capable of working independently and as part of the team
