HR Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Psychology or related course
• At least 1-2 years human resource experience, especially in end to end process of recruitment
• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly reporting to the HRD Manager

• Handles end-to-end recruitment activities including new employee orientation

• Processes and issues required documents for newly hired (ID, contract, ATM form, uniform, etc)

• Utilize social media account for recruitment

• Create newly hired employees' 201 record

• Update Plantilla of Personnel from time to time

• Records in Logbook all incoming documents related to HRD

• Update and monitor contracts of active employees especially for renewal

• Prepare and issue Certificate of Employment.
