Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to Support the HR Manager in administrative tasks, ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations, and enabling the HR Manager to focus on strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR Manager by handling the following core duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (e.g., job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling).
  • Process employee information, 201 file, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Training - Facilitation and coordination
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and HR Systems.
  • Experience In: Recruitment and Training
  • Payroll Processing
  • Statutory benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
