Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
-Assist in posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
-Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background checks.
-Prepare onboarding kits and assist in employee orientation.HR Documentation and Records Management
-Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases.
-Prepare employment contracts, memos, and other HR-related documents.
-Ensure proper documentation and filing of disciplinary actions, attendance records, and other HR transactions.Timekeeping and Attendance Monitoring
-Collect and validate daily time records (DTR) or biometric logs.
-Assist in the preparation of payroll reportsEmployee Relations and Communication
-Help facilitate HR announcements, events, and employee engagement activities.
-Support the HR Officer in handling employee inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
