Job Summary:
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department with a strong focus on Training and Development while also assisting in general HR operations. This role helps coordinate employee training programs, maintains HR records, supports day-to-day HR activities, and ensures HR processes run efficiently in line with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
· Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training and development programs
· Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and attendance tracking
· Maintain training records, evaluations, and reports
· Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
· Assist in identifying training needs and employee development initiatives
