We are seeking a results-driven HR Assistant (Recruitment) to support the Human Resources Department for a 5-month project-based assignment. The role will focus on manpower sourcing, government coordination, and recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring and compliance with local employment requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring
• Conduct active manpower sourcing through online job portals, social media, referrals, and local community hiring
• Coordinate and process PESO Accreditation and maintain liaison with PESO and other government employment offices
