Unlike traditional administrative roles, this position is proactive and high-impact. You won't be hiding behind blind resumes; instead, you will be the first point of contact for active applicants. You will review live submissions in real-time, pick up the phone, and engage with candidates immediately to move top talent through our pipeline.
To excel here, you must have exceptional organizational skills, a keen ear for talent, and the confidence to conduct live screenings. You will manage candidate profiles, track internal HR data, and ensure our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated with precision.
