HR Assistant

Job Description :
Conducts the entire recruitment process, including posting, sourcing, exam administration and background investigation, requirement monitoring, and onboarding.
Prepare and process timekeeping reports and payroll instruction.
Facilitates timely implementation of disciplinary action process.
Handle employee concerns about human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related fields
Preferably with experience in basic HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee discipline.
preferably with 3 to 6months experience in HR Role
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
With good communication skills (both Oral and Written)
Willing to be assigned in Ugong Norte, Quezon City near Eastwood City
Can start ASAP
