RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
• Help coordinate trainings, meetings, and HR activities
• Assist in monitoring attendance, leave, and employee concerns
• Prepare HR-related reports and documents
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
