Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, calculate, and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle adjustments such as overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Processing final pay.
• Leave Credits monitoring.
• Mandatory government benefits deduction set-up.
• Assist with job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration in Human Resource Management.
• With at least 3 years experience.
• Must be able to communicate with other foreign nationals in English language.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in computation of tax and alpha list.
