Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
• Process salary, 13th-month pay, and final pay for resigned employees.
• Handle payroll discrepancies, adjustments, and employee salary inquiries.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with internal/external audits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including payroll information.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration in Human Resource Management.
• With at least 3 years experience in payroll and timekeeping in construction industry.
• Must be able to communicate with other foreign nationals in English language.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in computation of tax and alpha list.
• Amenable to work as Project-based.
