HR Assistant

Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding and preparation of employee documents (contracts, induction packs).
Maintain accurate employee records and files.
Help manage leave, attendance, and staff claims.
Assist in payroll and employee benefits administration.
Support HR initiatives, training, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to routine employee HR inquiries and assist in employee relations tasks.
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
