Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Windscreen2U Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to assist in the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role will support HR functions such as recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll coordination, and general administration to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Employee Support
- Maintain and update employee records in Infotech and corporate files.
- Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, letters, and memos.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Assist in posting job vacancies across job platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
- Support the recruitment team in screening resumes.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
