 With pleasing personality.

 To coordinate with Manpower agent for hiring requirements.
 To communicate/negotiate with the applicants.
 To perform Initial screening of the applicants.
 To perform and assist in time keeping, compensation and benefits, payroll etc.
 Other HR and GA task that will be assigned to her/him from time to time.
