Job Summary / Position Objectives:
HR Assistant for recruitment is primarily responsible for sourcing potential candidate's, Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Updating job ads and conducting background checks, administration of Recruitment system and documentation of newly hired employees.
Key Results Areas / Duties and Responsibilities
1. RECRUITMENT, SOURCING &SCREENING
1.1. Screens resumes /conducts initial interview and administer examination
of applicants for timely delivery of manpower request.
1.2. Recommend trade test for Skilled / technical position to gauge job
applicant's abilities and skills.
1.3. Endorse the shortlisted candidate for next level interview and President
interview.
1.4. Updates online job posting for vacant position and coordinate with
quality Dept. for corporate Facebook posting to attract talents.
