Job Description
Hostel Administration:
Act as the Hostel Warden.
Source and setting up hostel for foreign employees as per manpower requirements.
Record and monitoring the consumption of hostel facilities including utilities & miscellaneous bills. Ensuring all billing are submitted to the Finance and Accounts Department for timely payout.
To coordinate and liaise with the hostels landlords or the landlords' appointed agency on the hostels' tenancy agreement, renewal of the tenancy agreement, termination of the tenancy agreement and any other related documentations.
To ensure hostel administration comply with Foreign Employees Hostel Administration Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and the Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodation and Employee Facilities Act 1990 (Act 446).
To obtain Certification of Accommodation from Labour Office for each hostel unit.
