HR Associate for Training and Recruitment

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate to handle Training and Recruitment. This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting both our company-wide learning and development programs and our end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for helping others grow and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Coordinate the logistics, scheduling, and execution of internal training programs, and workshops.
Support the development and updating of training materials, presentations, and resources. May be asked to conduct training from time to time.
Perform the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Support general talent management initiatives, such as performance review cycle logistics; planning and execution of employee engagement activities, and processing requirements of offboarding employees.
