Provide administrative support across HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, training & development, and employee records management
Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives
Respond to employee inquiries and offer guidance on HR-related matters
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery
Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Support the HR team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
