Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an HR Associate (AI-Enablement) based at Dunya News' headquarters in Lahore. The HR Associate will oversee and assist with HR operations, support employee management processes, and streamline execution of HR systems influenced by AI innovation. Responsibilities include performing recruitment, employee engagement, training & development programs, and contributing to enhanced HR policies through the integration of AI tools and practices.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates in BBA/MBA/MIT/BCS/BIT and relevant fields.
