HR Associate

Job Qualifications

• Male or Female
• Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative work
• Knowledgeable in HR functions such as employee records management, coordination with manpower agencies, and basic labor compliance
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao City, Laguna
• Can work Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and monitor agency billings
