JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures smooth operation of Human Resource and Administration through providing responsive administrative and office support.
• Monitors all records of the Human Resource department and ensures safekeeping of confidential information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related courses
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Well organized and proficient in documentation and records keeping.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Analytical, active listener, accurate and keen on details.
• Assertive, confident, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
