HR Associate

Cogentc Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a key part in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Coordinate and participate in employee orientation and training programs
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
• Process employee payroll, benefits, and leave requests
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR administrative role (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
