HR Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Associate – Total Rewards for an 8-month fixed-term engagement. The role supports the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and effective delivery of total rewards initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, allowances, and incentives
• Process and monitor government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
• Assist in salary review, job evaluation, and compensation analysis
• Coordinate with HMO and insurance providers for enrollments and claims
• Monitor leave balances and benefits utilization
• Prepare reports related to compensation, benefits, and HR metrics
• Address employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
