Overview
The HR Associate plays a dual-function role, as a front-end recruitment and back-office Learning and Development support. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and able to balance candidate-facing task with structured administrative and L&D program delivery. The role ensures that the company attracts quality talent while also supporting the development and upskilling of employees through efficient coordination of L&D initiatives. This role reports directly to the Sr HR Manager – Talent Acquisition and Management.
Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal Database.
Conduct initial resume screening and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Perform initial phone screenings, level 1 interview and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
