About the Role

GA HR Consultancy, the accredited executive search partner of a well-established manufacturing company in Navotas, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and employee records.

HR Administration

• Prepare employment contracts, memoranda, and HR documentation.
