The Role

As the HR Associate – Employee Journey, you will be the primary architect of the employee experience. From the moment a new hire signs their offer to the day they move on to their next adventure, you will ensure their journey is seamless, meaningful, and aligned with our company values.

What You'll Do

• Onboarding Excellence: Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs, manage welcome kits, and serve as the go-to guide for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.
• Learning & Development: Assist in organizing workshops and tracking employee career development plans.
• Performance Support: Help manage performance evaluation cycles and maintain accurate records in our HR systems.
• Journey Mapping: Analyze retention metrics and exit interviews to constantly improve the employee journey.
