Qualifications:

• Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resources Management, or any related course
• Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years' work experience handling Labor/Employee Relations
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Keen attention to detail, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
