HR Associate

Job Overview: The HR Associate is responsible for supporting the human resources functions of the company. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The HR Officer also ensures a positive and productive work environment by promoting a strong company culture, ensuring employee satisfaction and addressing HR-related concerns.
