Job Summary

The HR Associate is responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and general services functions including fleet management, rentals, insurances, billings, and asset monitoring. The role ensures efficient hiring processes and smooth operational support for the company.

I. RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, interview scheduling, selection)
• Coordinate interviews with Department Managers and Executives
• Conduct background investigations and reference checks
• Prepare job offers and employment documents
• Process pre-employment requirements
• Maintain 201 files and recruitment tracker
• Endorse new hires for onboarding
• Manage job postings on JobStreet and other platforms
