B. Evaluates candidates based on the identified success profile and role profiling standards.

· Invites candidates for an interview and discusses career opportunities.

· Performs interviews and screening of sellers, and endorses candidates to sales leaders.

· Recommends candidates for onboarding.

· Discusses the content of the offer sheet, contract, and role expectations.
