- Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, and hire skilled laborers, tradespeople, and administrative staff to meet project needs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Compliance & Records Management: Maintain compliance with DOLE regulations, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth requirements.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement evaluation systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processing and oversee employee benefits programs.
- Policy Development: Establish and enforce company policies in line with labor laws and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
